About me
I arrived in London in 2000 to continue my studies and have since moved through different paths, from finance and fashion to psychology, yoga, coaching and counselling. Alongside this, my experience of emigration has shaped how I understand identity, belonging, and what it can feel like to live between cultures. It has not always been straightforward, at times bringing uncertainty and the need to find my place again.
My training in psychology gave me a strong foundation while also leaving me with questions that led me to seek a deeper understanding of emotional and relational life. Training as a yoga teacher later brought a more direct connection to the body and how it holds experience.
Alongside my professional path, I am a mother of three, and parenting continues to deepen my understanding of unconditional love and the balance between being there for others and staying connected to myself.
I hold a postgraduate diploma in counselling. I work within the BACP framework. As a certified coach, I adhere to the Association for Coaching's ethical code.
My work brings together psychological understanding, relational awareness, and a sensitivity to the inner life, offering a space where different aspects of experience can be explored and integrated.
